As a participant, you will walk away with everything you need to create your own Bullying Intervention System. Counselors and interventionists will learn how to conduct the restorative practice called the Undercover Anti-Bullying Team. And, because we are purveyors of awesomeness, you will also get a copy of the book, Safe and Peaceful Schools by Dr. John Winslade and Michael Williams.

Unfortunately, teaching kids to fight back can put the child being bullied in harm's way. Furthermore, aggressive behavior is not what we want to teach kids. Our approach is much more effective. Through our process, the students doing the bullying develop empathy and change behaviors without the need for punishment. It is incredible. Let us teach you how.
