Bicondova and Associates is staff development, leadership, and restorative practices all put together to build the capacity of schools and districts so they can both prevent and stop bullying.

Marlene Bicondova

owner/ lead educator

Marlene Bicondova is an educational consultant who partners with school and district staff to use restorative practices to eliminate bullying issues and more.  After 20 years of rich experience, Marlene knows that merely teaching strategies in isolation will not solve the systemic issues we as educators face. To help her clients achieve the best possible results at the classroom, site, or district level, she coaches them through intentional action steps that combine strong leadership tenants alongside restorative practices.

Stephanie Fletcher

executive associate/facilitator

Combine Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports, Restorative Justice, and all things school counseling, and you have Stephanie Fletcher. Serving as a Program Specialist at San Bernardino City Unified School District, Stephanie takes on challenging responsibilities, such as forging district systems to assess and intervene in bullying cases and building capacity at school sites to do the same. She is a master listener, professional problem-solver, and skillful encourager.

Michelle Myers

executive associate/facilitator

Michelle Myers is a restorative practice expert and consultant with over 18 years of experience in public education. When it comes to learning restorative practices from Michelle, you're in good hands. She was a long time apprentice to Dr. John Winslade, one of New Zealand's foremost experts in the narrative approach to restorative practices and a practitioner since her early days as a school counselor. She currently serves as a Program Specialist for the San Bernardino City Unified School District and also spent many years teaching on Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) approaches to address student behaviors.
